He joined a leading outside catering company, where he gained an appreciation of real quality and service together with a flair for design and creativity, and then worked with a number of the UK's largest hire companies before buying Allens Catering & Furniture Hire. The company has grown from strength to strength under his leadership with a view to becoming London’s highest regarded equipment hire company.

Patrick McGuinness
Operations Director
Kevin’s brother, Patrick, trained and worked as a chef in some highly acclaimed restaurants in his earlier life and was a successful and experienced publican until joining Allens Catering & Furniture Hire in 2001. Patrick’s life at the sharp end of catering enables him to have a good balanced perspective of client’s requirements and his attention to detail ensures that the operations and logistics are excellently managed.

Audrey Woodbridge
Finance Director
Audrey has 20 years' experience as a management accountant in a wide range of companies including the BBC, Thorn EMI and Vodafone A Business studies graduate, CIMA qualified and practiced in management consultancy she is able to understand the commercial aspects of a business and also the requirements for teamwork, change management and leadership in building success.

Desmond Gray
Business Development Manager
Desmond spent 15 years as a Director of one of London's leading outside catering companies before moving to France where he owned and managed a food manufacturing and export business. His extensive catering experience means that he has a very clear understanding of the quality of products and service that are required to operate at the highest levels in this industry.
