Allens Catering Equipment a hit at Cowes!

Robert Thompson is the youngest ever Michelin Starred Chef and the only Michelin Starred Chef on the Isle of Wight. To coincide with Cowes Week he's opened a pop-up restaurant in Northwood House near the centre of the town - Allens are supplying equipment for the six weeks while he's there.
Starting 16th July, and for the duration of Cowes Week (31 July to 7 August 2010), he'll be running the kitchen at the pop-up restaurant in Northwood House near the centre of Cowes.
Amongst other Equipment being provided by Allens Catering Hire, he'll be using our Chef and Sommelier Open Up glassware range that is proving very popular now.
