What do you need to hire for a pop-up event?

Pop-up events are becoming big business in London. According to We Are Pop-up, such events contribute £2.3 billion a year to the economy and have so far employed 26,000 people. These statistics are helping to show that pop-ups are more than just a trend.

If you are thinking of holding a pop-up event, especially a food related one, then read on, as we'll take you through everything you need to hire to create a successful pop-up event.

Pop-up chair and table hire  

When organising a pop-up event in London, it makes sense to hire furniture, such as tables and chairs. Hiring not only saves you money on expensive purchases, it also means you don't have to pay any storage costs either.

When hiring tables and chairs you need to work out how many covers you can fit into your chosen venue and how many people you want to fit around each table. Our rule of thumb is to give each diner two feet of space. Most of our tables fold, making it easy to transport and clear up after your event has finished.

Pop-up kitchen equipment hire
