How to make sure your fashion show is a hit

If you are looking to plan an event that combines both entertainment and glamour, a fashion show is the perfect option. However, between sourcing the perfect venue, selecting a team of models to strut down the catwalk and making sure your guests are comfortable and happy, a fashion show can require months of planning and hard work, (and a passion for fashion certainly helps!) To make sure that the occasion runs as smoothly as possible, follow our top tips for planning the perfect fashion forward event.

Venue

Your choice of venue will depend largely on logistics, and you will need to think about staging and seating right from the start. How many models are you going to have to showcase the clothes, and where are they going to change and enter/exit the stage? How many people are you expecting to attend? These questions will dictate your seating arrangements, especially for guests. Whilst you can request RSVPs to help with numbers, it’s important that you remain flexible.
