There was a problem this morning our side because the person who should have been at 14 Greek Street was late.  Your driver turned up at 0730 and there was nobody there.  Your driver rang me and was SO helpful and charming and understanding, his manner was exemplary.  Please can you pass on my thanks to him and also to his manager as he really was a complete star and a real credit to Allens.

Sorry I have taken so long to come back to you to thank you for looking after us so well and providing all the crockery etc. for my daughter Laura’s wedding in xxx on 5th September.  I am just getting back to normal as they say. Everything was fantastic and I was very impressed with the service that you gave us and all the equipment was well presented. My usual supplier of chairs in Bournemouth had rented all their equipment last week but fortunately your Southampton depot was able to assist me at the very last minute.  Your team was cheerful, polite, and helpful and demonstrated a very high level of customer service.  I am well over 70 but didn't need to ask them for help loading or unloading the trailer, they did so without any need for me to request this assistance.  It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Thank you very much for all your help with my order, the boys delivered my hire purchase efficiently and in very good time, may I just say the driver called me as we were getting into Victoria, he was so polite and nice on the phone, when I met him he brought the delivery in for us, he did it all, but he's whole attitude was it was just a pleasure, I didn't get he's name but I think he is a great asset to the company, a lovely young man who wanted to bend over backwards to please.
