What an absolutely fantastic customer experience!! I had to rent bar fridges at extremely short notice for a mess function and Allens well and truly stepped up to the plate. A very friendly and efficient service with very reasonable prices. Kirsty, the sales administrator from the Southampton branch especially went above and beyond to help me out.... I would rate 6 stars if I could and Allens will 100% be my first port of call in future!

I just want to say a huge thank you for all your help with this hire contract.

With all the problems at the venue this has been going on since November last year and the content of the hire and dates changed many times.

You have been very patient, helpful and understanding throughout for which I am very grateful.

The hire arrived at a convenient time on Friday and was delivered by three very helpful polite staff. Everything was packed well and as usual of the highest standard, one of the reasons I have been using Allens since they were in their Northolt offices which was many years ago now.

Your boys were brilliant for pick up at Monday.

We had to tow so much stuff out by tractor, and manually lift everything else t a dry field, that we just hadn’t quite got to the freezers and fridges when your boys arrived.

I was off site, and George was stuck in the mud, and your boys just got their trolley off the van and went for it, and collected up everything on their tod.

I did offer a drink, coffee etc after they were done but they wanted to shoot off.

So a big thanks to those 2 boys, great ambassadors for the business for sure.

So we don’t do too many events here, but we have a pretty big event like this one every three months. They are basically 5 course meals with 5 different wines cooked by a celebrity chef. The hire companies around here are none too helpful and so I’d much rather stick with you guys as I trust you implicitly to get things right for me.
