To follow the status of your quote or order, go to My Account > Order History section. Initially you will be able to see your "Pending Quote / Order" listed but the details will be blank (with the exception of total amounts paid). However, as soon as we process your quote / order and the status changes to "Quote" or "Awaiting Delivery" you will be able to see the full details of your quote / order.
Please check your email for confirmation / a record of your quote or order. When we process it our end you will receive a further quote / order confirmation from us showing your hire periods. For any processed orders we will advise you on any stock shortages.
