London catering equipment hire at the Unique Venues of London 2010 Brochure Launch Party

We had a fantastic evening at the Tate Britian on Monday 1 February courtesy of Tate Entertaining.  It was great to supply a variety of London catering equipment hire for this event and catch up with so many of the venues and caterers that we have had the pleasure to work with over the years.

The event gave UVL the chance to showcase its brand new brochure design and allowed bookers and buyers the opportunity to meet representatives from all 69 members.

We were welcomed into the Sackler Octagon where we were served with champagne, wine in our vinoteque glasses, and cocktails in our martini glasses - the Tate Lychee Berry and Basil & Clementine martinis were sublime.

Tate entertaining put on a fantastic array of taster bars and food to die for in the Octogan and Gallery 9 - who can forget the Dedham Vale Sirloin or the wonderful smoked eel with parsley jelly?

The Manton Foyer was scene for a fabuous array of desserts and puddings.

All through the evening we were surprised with savoury and sweet dishes which were served in our demi tasse cups and saucers, and our canape and tapas bowls.
