News from the Bournemouth Hotel and Catering Show
The Bournemouth Hotel and Catering show provided our first opportunity to exhibit on the South Coast.
Kevin McGuinness, our MD, said "It was a great show, very well managed, with a good atmosphere and lots of interesting people there - I particularly enjoyed the cookery demonstrations"
The exhibition had two main event areas - The Platinum Theatre, where a Q&A session was held with Industry experts followed by cookery demonstrations.
These were headed up by James Golden and assistant Forager and Kitchen Gardener, from the Pig Hotel in Brockenhurst in a field to Plate extravaganza.
Other demonstrations were by celebrated chefs from The Latymer, The Goring and Trinity Restaurants in London as well as more locally from La Roche at the Haven in Sandbanks, Chewton Glen, New Milton, Limewood Hotel, Lyndhurst and The Earl of March from Chichester and Bells Fish in Wimborne.
Other catering related interactive demonstrations took place in the Inform Zone.
